I could'nt believe it when I heard these outtakes of Elvis Suspicious Minds.

After hearing Elvis singing the classic Suspicious Minds all these years I
about fell over in my chair on my ass laughing.

Elvis really stuggled with parts of this song. Getting the timing and
phrasing correct on the lyrics.... "Would I still see suspicion in your eyes"
just was not coming naturally for him.

At first I could not get over the fact he was having a hard time then I realized
that this song was HIS.

He only had a demo version to go off of and I was listening to him as he was
actually learning the song. One reason these kinds of recordings were not
to be released.

This is the Kind rehersing and learning Suspicious Minds and working the
parts with the rythm section only.

These studio outtakes are like be right there with Elvis and the band in
the studio recording.
